  • Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time: 15 minutes | Servings: 2


  • 350 g mutton
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 100 g goat cheese (2 portions of 50 g)
  • 350 g spinach
  • 1/4 cup cream


  • Season the mutton with salt, pepper and dried rosemary. Form two flat burger cutlets and grill or fry in a pan until the meat is thoroughly fried. 
  • Stew the spinach in an oiled pan until it softens, then add cream. Mix thoroughly and add salt and pepper to taste.
